Temperature Limits are acceptable or preferred temperature ranges that temperature-sensitive items must be stored in or that critical environments must maintain. Temperature limits are made up of the Minimum Temperature and Maximum Temperature.
Minimum Temperature
The minimum temperature is the lowest temperature range an item should be stored in.
For example, the standard minimum storage temperature for vaccines is +2 °C.
Maximum Temperature
The maximum temperature is the highest temperature range an item should be stored in.
For example, the standard maximum storage temperature for vaccines is +8 °C.
