To access this feature, simply follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Log in to your dashboard
STEP 2: Click on “Records” on the left side menu of your dashboard
STEP 3: Click on “Dispatch” which is a sub feature in records.
STEP 4: Click on “Add New Dispatch”
STEP 5: Fill the page with all required information such as Customer Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, then, click Next to fill in the New Items.
Please note: the email address provided gets the dispatch mail to track the asset.
STEP 6: Fill in the item details – quantity, price, description and weight and the device for shipment.
STEP 7: Click on ‘Generate tracking code’
At this point, your client automatically gets a mail that the dispatch is ready with a tracking code to monitor.
The dispatch is also saved on the dispatch page as shown below
Further steps to start and end the shipment:
STEP 8: Click on the play action button at the right corner of the dispatch to start the trip
STEP 9: Click on the stop action button at the right side of the dispatch to end the trip.
