Guide: Video Link

The device history of a device consists of all the data it was able to record over a period of time. By filtering the time/date stamp of the history that you wish to download, you can download all the data during that period such as device name and tag, temperature and humidity readings, average temperature and humidity, etc.

To download the history of your device, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard.

Step 2: On the left sidebar of your dashboard page, click on ‘Devices’.

Step 3: Select the device you wish to download its history, from your list of devices in your account.

Step 4: On the top right corner of the ‘Devices’  page, select ‘Device History.”

Step 5: On the top of your ‘Device Details’ page, filter the date/time you wish to download its history, then click on the ‘Filter’ option.

Step 6: Finally, click on ‘Export’ to download this file as either PDF or CSV or both.
